Hello,
I have an android Google Pixel with Outlook loaded and tied in to my company's Exchange 2013 server. This seems to work as expected. However, if I go in to EAC, find my account, and click "View Details" under Mobile Devices, EAC says"There are no items to show in this view." I tried this with one other user that I know has Outlook on their phone, and had a similar result.
This is a concern because if someone were to leave the company, I wouldn't know how to wipe the device, or at least the Outlook sandbox on the mobile device.
Why am I not seeing my phone on the Mobile Device Details screen?
