A user's outlook reminders are not displaying in the user's outlook account but do appear on his Iphone. I logged into the user's email account from another computer and the same issue is occurring which informs me that the issue is not on his pc. Has
anyone come across this issue? Are there settings I can check for the user in exchange or outlook? I also tried the outlook.exe /cleanreminders feature which did not work. The user stated that this issue started 2 weeks ago. I know settings
such as 'Rules and Alerts' are the same for a user no matter which pc they use for outlook. Are there other settings I can check that will be the same for the user's outlook account which may help resolve the issue?
