we had earlier 2 CAS-HUB servers out of which we lost one of them due to some virus attack the lost was FSW for DAG members however when we lost the server we changed FSW from failed server to running CAS-HUB server.
First we tried to recover the failed server but unfortunately it was not recovered properly hence we build new CAS-Hub server with new name it seems we have configured properly and same as other running CAS-HUB server.
we also added the new configured server on windows NLB and it added successfully with no errors
But when we kept new CAS-HUB server in the production due NLB load balance equally to new CAS-HUB and those who are trying to connect to new server they failed to connect it to exchange but the users which took the connection from old cas-hub running server they have no problem.
certificate company verified and said that they no problem in certificate installation
our ISP confirming that natting has done properly and internet is provided to new CAS-HUB server
Now when we do the Microsoft remote test connectivity with old running server test connectivity is fine but when we do the test connectivity keeping both the server on the test gets failed.
we are now unable to understand where the issue is popping up.
