Office 365 installing later,

Two Step Verify bypassing , tried off/on , won't get there. The machine met is having @hotmail.com for outlook Sync active account where changed than before.
b)
Sending reply from contacted email , no longer needs a login ?
c)
By the way, change type question , not working , submitted after return to previous webpage.
