Exchange 2013 ActiveSync test error

Hi ,

I run test-activesyncconnectivity -clientaccessserver with error, it is public wildcard certificate and trusted. 

[System.Net.WebException]: The underlying connection was closed: Could not establish trust relationship for the SSL/TLS secure channel. Inner error

[System.Security.Authentication.AuthenticationException]: The remote certificate is invalid according to the validation procedure.

Any suggestion?
