I was unable to find an Exchange 2010 option in the listing. If there's a better place to post Exchange 2010 questions please let me know.
I have a single user on our network who creates full day calendar events in Outlook 2013 and when it sync's to his phone he gets the below message. I have turned up logging on Active Sync and I am unable to generate an error message on the Exchange
server to get more details on the problem. Can someone tell me 1. How to generate errors for this message? and 2. Has anyone seen this before and have any documentation on what the cause might be?

The following items couldn't be sent to your mobile phone. They haven't been deleted. You should be able to access them using either Outlook or Outlook Web App.

| Item Subject: | Managers Meeting |
For now we can work around the problem by doing an 8-5 event. I can also create full day calendar events on the phone and they'll sync just fine between the phone and Outlook. The issue is specific to full day items created in Outlook. This user does not share their calendar and the events he created don't invite attendees, there's no attachments, or a body to the calendar message. The only thing he configured is the subject and location.
