We're seeing 20-30 minute delays in mail delivery for clients using Outlook for iOS/Android on a variety of devices. Even opening the app and doing a manual refresh does not cause new messages to show up. Native mail clients using activesync as well as OWA/desktop
Outlook works fine. This is strictly affecting mobile versions of Outlook. I don't get error messages or any indication that there are account/auth problems.
Anybody have any ideas what might be my issue here?
