Windows Phone 8 - Server 2012 DC - Exchange 2013 - Cannot conenct phone to Exchange

Hello,

I'm currently working on a Exchange 2003 to 2013 migraine.

The new exchange 2013 is installed on a Server 2012 and the DC is a Server 2012.

I'm having issues connecting a Phone 8 (nokia lumia 520) to my exchangemailbox.

While setting up the email account i receive an error "86000C0A"

Synchronization fails, put the error code in google and it spits out a topic that you have to check the box"Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent"

This checkbox does not exist in Server 2012, only on Server 2008r2.

the question thus beeing: Where the **** is that checkbox  "Include inheritable permissions from this object's parent" in server 2012... and how can i get my windows phone to conenct with my exchange 2013.

Have you tried to unplug it and jump out of the window..?
