In Exchange, our GAL contains only the user mailboxes in our company - we've modified its definition so that mail contacts don't appear there.
We've also added several other address books containing mail contacts for other companies that we work with, e.g, Comp-A, Comp-B, etc.
When we had Exchange 2003, you could see and separately search the GAL and all the other address lists on Activesync devices. But now that we've upgraded Exchange (and our address lists) we only see the GAL and its contents on Activesync devices, we can't see or search the Comp-A or Comp-B lists.
Anyone know how to fix this behavior please?
We don't want to put everyone in a single GAL because it would be too large and also people would select the wrong recipients ...
