Mobile devices always pointed to Outlook Mobile, and Android devices cannot download any attachment.

We have a problem with Exchange Server 2013. Whenever a mobile device browse to OWA, it will be pointed toOutlook Mobile sign-in page, not Outlook Web App page as normal, but it's okay.

The annoying problem is Android devices cannot successfully download any attachment. It shows that something was started to download, but nothing was downloaded at all, and the download process never end. It is the same with default browser and Chrome. The same Android device can download attachment from Exchange Server 2010 OWA with no problem at all.

There's no problem with iPhone and BB devices. Everything works just fine.

There's also no problem with Android Exchange ActiveSync.

So do we need to do something on our Exchange Server 2013 to make Android devices be able to download attachment viaOutlook Mobile?
