Activesync all of the sudden stops working and automatically starts working after sometime(6-8 hours) by itself

Here is the setup details: 2 x Mailbox/CAS and 2 x CAS role ( Exchange 2013 with CU3 in coexistence with Exchnage 2007)
Following error message is seen on Exchnage 2013.
