Hi
This is a completely new installation from scratch for a new company. There's only one DC (DFL/FFL 2012) and one Exchange server 2013.
There is something I'm missing trying to get Outlook anywhere and Active Sync working. First thing I did was to configure the external URLs as follow using ECP
ECP: https://mail.mycompany.ca/ecp
EWS: https://mail.mycompany.ca/EWS/Exchange.asmx
Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync (Default Web Site): https://mail.mycompany.ca/
OAB: https://mail.mycompany.ca/OAB
OWA: https://mail.mycompany.ca/owa
PowerShell: https://mail.mycompany.ca/powershell
Second thing I did was to buy and install a UCC SSL Certificate for mail.company.ca & autodiscover.company.ca). That worked well.
Then I've try to configure some some IOS devices and Android devices. The set-up phase went trough and the devices acknowledged the credentials but when the device try to synchronise itself it will run forever without any error or content downloaded.
Then I've try to configure some Outlook 2013 clients to use Outlook anywhere and the same problem is present.
I've used the "Microsoft Remote Connectivity Analyzer" to perform an ActiveSync and a Outlook Anywhere (RPC over HTTP) where both test failed with the only error of :
An ActiveSync session is being attempted with the server.
Errors were encountered while testing the Exchange ActiveSync session.
Test Steps
Attempting to send the OPTIONS command to the server.
Testing of the OPTIONS command failed. For more information, see Additional Details.
An HTTP 401 Unauthorized response was received from the server. This may be the result of invalidcredentials or a configuration problem on the Exchange Server.

Does anyone know how to resolve this issue ?
