I am new to using MS Exchange as an admin and have a couple of doubts regarding what it can do to manage mobile devices:
1. Is it possible to push an app onto a mobile device that is synced to exchange ? like can an exchange admin install an android client on the user's android device?
2. there are certain password and security settings that the admin can ask the user to be compliant to. Is it possible for the admin to be notified of any non- compliance?
3. I think this answer should be available via the documentation, but in any case since i am confused with what a public folder does. Is a public folder like an ftp server from where files can be downloaded as per the user wants? or is a particular 'item' put into the PF sent to all clients by default?
4. can I add items to the PF via the EAC in MS Exchange 2013? or do u have to use outlook or some other client?
I am an absolute MS Exchange noob. Hence some questions might be irrelevant. But any help is greatly appreciated!
