Exchange 2013 Password Reset won't replicate to Mobilephones. Help Please

Hello



I have a Exchange 2013 Environment that looks like below:



Server01: Server 2012 Standard + Exchange 2013 Standard (MBX+CAS)

And a DAG

Server02: Server 2012 Standard + Exchange 2013 Standard (MBX+CAS)

Domain Controller: 2008R2



when I change the password(Reset) on a user it doesn't seem to replicate out to the phone directly.



it Takes from 15 minutes to 1 Hour for the change to take effect. 



I have seen somewhere about the ExchangeApplicationPool and a UserTokenTTL.



and it says that I should resycle the ExchnangeApplicationPool, what does that mean? delete? and then Create a registry entry Dword and name it UserTokenTTL here

 HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\InetInfo\Parameters



then give it a Value, bit is the value in seconds or minutes? what is resycle the ExchnageApplicationPool? i have a couple of ApplicationPools on the Exchange Servers.
