How do I set up contact sync between our Exchange and our Android phones?

Hi!

I am currently looking for a solution for our employees: We have Microsoft exchange mail och 365 licenses for all our employees. I now need a way to have the contacts automatically synchronized to their phones without extra apps or manual synchronization. Is there any way we can set this up so that the phones automatically gather and update information for existing and new users directly in the phones address book?
