Hey all,i am trying to sync with my exchange 2010 mailbox with my samsung wp8 phone.
Setup of the mailbox is successfull (Phone resolves the correct mailserver etc.), but during first sync an error message appears: " There is a problem connecting with server X, Error Code 86000C1C"
There is no syn partnership display in Outlook Web App.
My device fullfill the security requirements (device lock pin) of the policy.
I tried:
- hard reset of the phone
- moved my mailbox to another storage database
- installed all certificates of the exchange server to the phone
- resetup the account about 30 times :-D
- removed any domain administrative rights of the user
- enabled rights inheritance in AD of the user
- server is pingable from the internet
- other users can sync
- there is a mobile iron server in the dmz - which i use to sync - the server did not detect any connecting of my phone (verified by ip adress)
- when i try to sync directly using the wlan with outlook web services it works
- When i try to sync any other mailbox of an other user - it works! (??)
Any hints or sugesstions? I can't find any details about this error code.
Can i debug the connection request or view a detailed log on the phone?
