Security Certificate is issued to another company?

Hi, this might bein the wrong forum, apologies if so.

I recently changed my phone to an S5 and can't receive my email via the exchange server on 3g.

While trying to set this up (via 3g) an error message came up about the certificate, when I viewed the certificate it says it's issued to: Common Name www.kingandcountry.co.uk

I have no idea who or what that is? my company name is Harvey Jacob

Why is my exchange security certificate issued to another company??
