iPhones missing agenda and contact information

Hello

Does anyone know about this problem?

We have several users with iPhones who have lost mails, meeting agendas and contacts.

So, a resycnhronisation was forced; this resolved the problem with the mails but the problem still remains for:

- majority of contacts dissapeared

- ALL meeting agendas dissapeared

I would have thought that this is related to the ActiveSync element of Exchange server and there is no way to force a sync from the server end (unless Im mistaken), so a sync has been done by the client iPhone, but it doesnt resolve the problem.

Apparently this is a server related problem;

When the user goes to Site A there is no problem with connecting syncing the iPhone; The problem arrises when the user goes to Site B then the syncing problems occur (as mentioned above)

I've verified the IIS logs from the CAS Server in the problem site (site B):

It seems that when the users try to connect, the IIS logs many instances related to ActiveSync that reference this error:

Error:MissingCscCacheEntry

also less frequently the following error also exists:

Error:SyncCollisionDetected

If anybody is able to help, I'ld really appreciate it.

Many thanks
