ARR separate URL Rewrite rules for OWA & activesync

I am trying to configure an ARR server (in DMZ) as a reverse proxy for Activesync & OWA access to an internal Ex2013 server.

 I did a basic setup of ARR, creating a Server Farm containing my mail server.

I have 3 URL’s that are available externally:

Mail.mydomain.com (for OWA)

Mobile.mydomain.com (for Activesync)

Mobile.mydomainB.com (for Activesync)

Alll of the URL’s should be routed to the same internal Exchange server.

If I use ‘*’ for the Pattern in the URL Rewrite rule, do I need a separate Rewrite rule for OWA & Activesync?
