I am trying to set up exchange through office365 for 3 of our employees. PC setup is working fine, but cannot get apps or even exchange activ sync to work on any other device - mobile, ipad etc
The error is cannot connect to server.
I have enabled all mobile settings and activ sync in our admin portal. I am using the following settings
username:email@domain.com.au
correct password
domain/user: email@domain.com.au
server: outlook.office365.com
security type: SSL accept all certificates
Click go, and get cannot connect to server.
I'm sure its a simple thing I'm doing wrong, but any help would be appreciated. I am not an IT tech person, just know the basics compared to most on this forum.
