IIS Worker Process (probably EAS) pegging CPU

Hi,

I'm running Exchange 2013 CU6 on prem.  CPU on my two active nodes averages at 42%, but from time to time (daily) it spikes up to 100% with IIS worker processes being the culprit.

I'd like to run this script in log parser to find the offending EAS devices: https://support.microsoft.com/kb/2711053/en-us but it doesn't work in 2013 -- it returns no results.

Anyone have tips what would have to be changed to get it to work with Exchange 2013?
