Account Lockout Feature in TMG 2010 Without TMG

Hi Guys,

Is there anyway that you are aware of that we can use to copy the Account Lockout Feature in TMG 2010 SP2 without a TMG solution. Pupose is to limit account lockouts from active sync devices with a incorrect password.

I heard that you may only have a lockout issue if you are using NTLM to auth activesync or Outlook anywhere devices but I can't find anything which confirms this.
