Hi All,
We have exchange 2013 SP1 setup on premises , we have published exchange components through Web application proxy 2012 r2 .
We were successful in accessing mail from outlook in windows 10 desktop
we were successful in accessing the mail from browser in android mobiles
But , when we tried installing outlook app for android
when we added exchange account in outlook app, its not connecting to the exchange server and throws time out error ..
Since we are new to exchange , couldn't figure out how exactly outlook app for android device communicates with exchange ??
And , is it required to sync on premises ad users and password to azure online service to use outlook for mobile...
any suggestions will help..and any document on working of outlook app will do help
