Meetings that I send through my IOS devices, arrive 1-hour off.

It is frustrating as meetings generated within Microsoft Outlook 2010 y 2013 with 2013 exchange account, in Windows, get synchronized at the wrong time (1-hour off) in all my IOS devices. iPad and iPhone) is off by one hour

I have correctly set "Guatemala", in icloud.com, my iphone and ipad;  and "Central America" in Windows 8.1.

All meeting invitations I set and send through Outlook, in my PC, are received with the correct time by all colleagues.   All meetings that I send through my IOS devices, arrive 1-hour off.

can you help me?
