Test Connectivity Error

I'm getting this error on the Text Connectivity tool;

The Initial Anonymous HTTPS request didn't fail, but Anonymous isn't a supported authentication method for this scenario.
HTTP Response Headers:
Allow: OPTIONS, TRACE, GET, HEAD, POST
request-id: 0900bb56-2050-4623-8f54-8088b1afab50
Public: OPTIONS, TRACE, GET, HEAD, POST
X-FEServer: KCSERVER4
Content-Length: 0
Date: Wed, 28 Oct 2015 20:15:08 GMT
Server: Microsoft-IIS/8.5
X-Powered-By: ASP.NET

Elapsed Time: 263 ms.

Where should I start troubleshooting this?

The main problem is iPhone user's with the new ios can't connect to get their mail. Samsung devices and older iphones can connect with no problem.

Thanks for any suggestions.

Bernie
