I'm getting this error on the Text Connectivity tool;
The Initial Anonymous HTTPS request didn't fail, but Anonymous isn't a supported authentication method for this scenario.

Where should I start troubleshooting this?
The main problem is iPhone user's with the new ios can't connect to get their mail. Samsung devices and older iphones can connect with no problem.
