Hi,

In a coexistence environment I moved some users from exchange 2010 database to exchange 2013 but I have to manually change the server name on the mobile devices. How can avoid this?
Exchange 2010 is still active and I'm using Linux mailrouter

DNS settings:
external: exchange2013.domain.com - internal exchange2013.domain.local
internal: exchange2010.domain.com - internal exchange2010.domain.local

Autodiscover:
external DNS: redirect from router: autodiscover.domain.com to internal exchange2013 server IP address
internatl DNS: to exchange2010.domain.com and exchange2010.insoft.local

Outlook Anywhere disabled.

Autodiscover testconectivity.com:
*. Attempting to test potential Autodiscover URL https://domain.com:443/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml
Testing of this potential Autodiscover URL failed.
*. Attempting to send an Autodiscover POST request to potential Autodiscover URLs.
Autodiscover settings weren't obtained when the Autodiscover POST request was sent.
*. Attempting to send an Autodiscover POST request to potential Autodiscover URLs.
The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer successfully retrieved Autodiscover settings by sending an Autodiscover POST.
The Microsoft Connectivity Analyzer is attempting to retrieve an XML Autodiscover response from URL https://autodiscover.domain.com:443/Autodiscover/Autodiscover.xml for user XXX@domain.com

WHY is trying to resolve https://domain.com....autodiscover.xml??? only working link is autodiscover.domain.com...autodiscover.xml

- Changed the C:\Program Files\Microsoft\Exchange Server\V15\ClientAccess\Autodiscover\web.config key="MobileSyncRedirectBypassEnabled" from "True" to "False" - not rezolved the issue

- The certificate is RapidSSL domain.com wildcard

- Autodiscover not working I expected. After completed the user@domain.com and password on the mobile devices, still asking me for server name, username and password. I was reading that in a perfect conditions everything should be completed automatically without server name and other settings. Maybe because authentication type is like domain\username and not domain.com\username?

- IIS microsoft-server-activesync basic authentication changes: "default domain" - "\" and "realm" "domain" (internal one without .local"
