iPhone reply-all recipients are added to CC including those in TO recipients

Hi Guys,

Maybe someone has experienced this behavior in iPhone/iPad when using reply-all to email. (BTW we are using MobileIron in our Environment for our ActiveSync clients)

This article from MS didn't help to resolved the issue (https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/kb/3012580)

ISSUE DESCRIPTION:

Those in TO: recipients are being CC’d instead of TO: except the sender which still remains in TO:

FROM: User1
TO: User2; User3
CC: User4; User5

 
Reply-all
TO: User1
CC: User2; User3; User4; User5


Instead of

TO: User1; User2; User3
CC: User4; User5
