Autodicover failing

Hi Guys and Gals

I have a problem to which i need some advice when running the test connectivity, it keeps failing error below.

Attempting the Autodiscover and Exchange ActiveSync test (if requested).

Testing of Autodiscover for Exchange ActiveSync failed.

I have tried various methods as stated when searching but to no avail.  Also when trying to access ECP I get 403 you are not authorised and when accessing OWA as well externally I just a black page. Any help and advice is much appreciated
