Hi,
We have Exchange 2013 environment with 3 mailbox servers in a DAG. The problem is that if the user database is mounted in one mailbox server, the users in that database cannot access email over Mobile or Outlook Anywhere. We moved database to another mailbox server, it is all working fine . All the services in the servers show healthy and server components also show healthy.
What may be issue in one Mailbox Server.
Could you please advice to troubleshoot the issue.
