We receive this error each time a user tries to send an attachment in e-mail on a Samsung Galaxy Note 2 via the 3 or 4G Telstra network. E-mails without attachments go through fine. Strange part is, if connected to WLAN we can send attachments. I have called Telstra and they assure me that the settings at their end are fine. Setting up an I-Phone on the same account works. Setting the Galaxy Note 2 on any account fails via the 3G or 4G network.
I have removed the association and installed the profile so many times to no avail.
Using Exchange 2010 SP3. Could find no Forum for Exchange 2010 when writing this.
