I want to setup a second CAS server to be used only for ActiveSync using certificate based authentication. I had this working before using a different FQDN for access to the ActiveSync server (Exchange 2007) but now when I install my second 2013 CAS server, assign it a new FQDN, open my firewall ports, etc. EAS works to my iDevices authenticating with their certs but it also interferes with Outlook as it tries to use the new server for Outlook Anywhere.
I actually want to maintain the ability to do ActiveSync with SSL username/password on the original 2013 CAS server so I don't want to switch the main server over to certificate based authentication.
I've since uninstalled the extra 2013 CAS server as it was causing me some issues in getting a working production EX2013 setup which is a 2 server DAG mailbox cluster with CAS roles installed also.
Is there any way to install a new CAS server that doesn't try to service all CAS requests? Thanks.
