Hello. I have an issue where users are having problems with activesync on exchange 2013 when they get in the office, their mobile devices connect to the wifi, and once they do so, they lose exchange connectivity and emails stop getting in.
If they disable wifi and use their 3g networks on their devices, all is fine.
Outlook clients work fine internally and externally, it's just the mobile devices that use activesync that suffer from the issue.
Any hints ? thanks !!
