We have installed a new Exchange 2013 system and all is progressing well.
We've been testing ActiveSync access using a couple of devices and again all seems to be going well, until we tried to remove a mobile device from a users profile. No matter what we try (GUI or PowerShell) one particular device refuses to be deleted.
If we run a get-mobiledevice command against the users mailbox we see a particular device with a device ID ofApplDNTKKKAYDTWD
If we then run a remove-mobiledevice command using the same Device ID it comes back with an error saying that the device doesn't exist!
Anyone got any ideas on how we can manually remove this device from the users mailbox?
