I have been receiving the following e-mail message: "(e)rror with your new mobile phone partnership" several times a day for the last week.
The body of the message says that I have a maximum of 3 allowed phone partnerships allowed and that I cannot create additional ones until I delete one of the other 3. it then gives me instructions for how to delete one of the existing partnerships, which the message seems to assume must be unused partnerships. I have three partnerships in use: for my iPhone, my iPad and my iPad mini, all of which I use daily.
The message implies that I have tried to add a 4th partnership, which I don't think I have, but I am receiving the messages throughout the day.
Separately, I have been trying activate a new Outlook add on for my new Time Matters client management system but unsuccessfully. Now I am assuming that these two events are related.
So my questions are:
1. is the Time Matters for Outlook add on that I am attempting to use on my office workstation being blocked because it is treated as an additional (4th) phone partnership?
2. is it possible to increase the number of partnerships and, if so, how do I do so and is that expensive?
3. if these two things are unrelated, why am receiving this message from Outlook 3 times a day?
4. if these two things are unrelated, how can I get my TM add on to work?
