Android User cannot connect ActiveSync with Exchange Server after reissued SSL Certificate

Dear All,

i need some help here,

we just re-issue the SSL certificate because the old one is about to expired. After it done, everything except active sync for Android is having a problem that they can't connect to server and can't add a new account to android email client with error message (if they connected with company internal network, it works fine but not external provider like 4G),

couldn't open connection to server exchange

for additional information, this only happens to Android, we got no problem Iphone or Windows phone users.

Please help for this problem, 

any thought is welcome and maybe can narrow the problem.
