We are mid migration from 2010 to 2013 and recently started moving live users over to the new server while Outlook seems to reconfigure itself correctly when an account is moved to a new server our mobile devices are being given a name of "migration" to use. This server did have that as an alias for awhile but its not showing in any of my records that I can tell. Yet when I do a remote exchange connectivity test I get the below info. If the account is on the old 2010 server it gets the mail server correctly.
XML response:<?xml version="1.0"?><Autodiscover xmlns:xsd="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema" xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/autodiscover/responseschema/2006"><Response xmlns="http://schemas.microsoft.com/exchange/autodiscover/mobilesync/responseschema/2006"><Culture>en:us</Culture><User><DisplayName>Barney Rubble</DisplayName><EMailAddress>Barney.Rubble@p.com</EMailAddress></User><Action><Settings><Server><Type>MobileSync</Type><Url>https://migration.p.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync</Url><Name>https://migration.p.com/Microsoft-Server-ActiveSync</Name></Server></Settings></Action></Response></Autodiscover>
Checking on the server I get
Identity AutoDiscoverServiceInternalUri AutoDiscoverSiteScope -------- ------------------------------ --------------------- EXCHANGE https://mail.p.com/autod... {MainDataCenter} MAIL2 https://mail.p.com/Autod... {MainDataCenter}
I'm at a loss as to how to change that setting. I also checked the SCP bindings and see mail in there...
I also reset autodiscover through the ecp and did an iisreset and everything stayed the same.
